Audi Q8 Launch: Audi, German automobile manufacturer known for its luxury vehicles, is all set to arrive with yet another SUV - Audi Q8 in India. The much-awaited launch of Audi Q8 will take place on 15th January, 2020 in Mumbai. The preparations for the much-anticipated launch of Audi Q8 are in full swing as the media invites have already been rolled out.

Earlier, as the 2020 rang in, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India had said, “Audi India leaped into 2019 by becoming the first luxury carmaker to unveil and introduce a digitalization roadmap – “myAudi Connect”; as well as the first to showcase its first fully-electric SUV – the Audi e-tron."

2020 and 2021 plans of Audi India

Dhillon said, "2020 is an important year for Audi and we remain focused on the India market. Under our “Strategy 2025” goals, we will remain focused on customer centricity and network sustainability. We are optimistic about 2020 and will kick start the year with the launch of the Audi Q8 in January followed by the Audi A8 in February and other new products, that will set the tone for the year. Effective April 01, 2020 India will take a leap into BS6 fuel from BS4 at present, driving all manufacturers to make adjustments to their product offerings in India and so will we. In terms of growth estimates for the luxury car market, we estimate it to remain flat in 2020 and we are hopeful of positive growth starting 2021.”

Dhillon said, "In terms of business, 2019 was a challenging year for the automotive industry, thereby building the pressure on new car sales. At Audi India, we strengthened our presence in key markets of Gurugram (Delhi/NCR) and Hyderabad by opening two beautiful showrooms. Living our “Workshop First” approach, we opened the gates to our state-of-the-art workshop facilities in Thane, Vijayawada and Trivandrum, reaching closer to our customers. For ease of ownership, we introduced ‘Lifetime Value Services’, with Extended Warranty up to 7 years, Road Side Assistance up to 11 years and Flexible Service Plans up to 8 years for our customers in India. On the product front, we launched the Audi A4 Quick-lift, Audi Q7 Black-edition and most recently the technology genius “All new Audi A6”."
