After its successful launch of GST compliant financial suite, Zoho Corporation Ltd would soon come out with its conversational AI (Artificial Intelligence) to enhance the business productivity of the units, through voice, a senior company official said Thursday.

The Zoho Intelligence Agent (ZIA), to be launched early next year, would help the business and industry, particularly SMEs and MSMEs to find solutions by talking over mobile phone, Zoho Director, Product Management and Business Development, Sivaramakrishnan Iswaran told reporters here.

With voice going to be the future in the business, the customers, by using ZIA Conversational AI, are to going to benefit and need not depend on e-mails and other written documents to take decision, he said.

Similarly, the company would soon allow businesses to generate and publish QR codes on invoices to accept payment from their customers, he said.

This advanced form of payment collection modes would further enable SMEs to offer better platform for their customers to make payment, he noted.

With QR codes on invoices, customers would be able to instantly pay the business using their mobile app and the payments would be transferred directly to the bank account of the business owners, Iswaran said.
