Select base metals, including tin, nickel, zinc, brass, lead and copper prices recovered at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists' buying amid fresh demand from industrial users.

Tin climbed by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 1,393 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 1,387.
Zinc rose by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 225 from Rs 220.
Nickel and brass sheet cutting advanced by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 790 and Rs 323 as against Rs 787 and Rs 320, respectively.
Brass utensils scrap moved up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 315 from Rs 313 and lead inched-up by a Re per kg to Rs 155.
However, copper cables scrap and copper billets moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 441 and Rs 469 as compared to Rs 443 and Rs 471, respectively.
Copper scrap heavy softened by a Re per kg to Rs 432.
