Saria showed weakness with prices slipping by Rs 200 per tonne at the local steel market in the national capital today due to reduced offtake by stockists following weak demand from constructions units.
Traders said reduced offtake by stockists due to subdued demand from construction units, mainly weighed on saria prices.
Saria Kamdhenu 8-mm,10-mm and 12-mm were down by Rs 200 each to Rs 41,400, Rs 40,800 and Rs 40,500 per tonne, respectively.
Saria 16-25-mm also enquired lower by a similar margin to Rs 40,500 per tonne.
