At the National Commodity and Derivative Exchange, mustard seed for most-active delivery in October month fell by Rs 25 or 0.66 per cent to Rs 3,773 per quintal in an open interest of 51,690 lots.

The September contract eased by Rs 19 or 0.51 per cent to Rs 3,730 per quintal, revealing an open interest of 3,530 lots.

Market players said traders offloaded positions in tune with a weak trend at physical markets on sustained supplies from growing belts.
