IIFL Management Services today sold 3.3 lakh shares of rating agency ICRA for a little over Rs 108 crore through an open market transaction.

According to bulk deal data available with the BSE, IIFL Management offloaded 3.3 lakh shares of ICRA, amounting to 3.33 per cent stake.

The shares were sold at a price of Rs 3,291 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 108.60 crore, the data showed.

Meanwhile, Pari Washington India Master Fund bought 3,30,108 shares of the rating agency.

On June 28, IIFL Management had picked up 3.33 per cent stake in ICRA for Rs 108.60 crore from state-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB).

ICRA shares today closed 1.68 per cent higher at Rs 3,345.50 on the BSE.
