Prior to the launch of Wolken Customer ServiceDesk, both the founders had used a product demonstration to showcase the software to 200 CIOs across all industries globally. These product demonstrations helped them identify pain points like time consumption and a tedious process for software configuration, high operational and maintenance costs, and difficulties with data migration and integrations.

Now Wolken software has its offices  in Palo Alto, CA, and Bangalore, India and is on a mission to provide a world-class ServiceDesk and foster innovation in the industry with a  vision to create an affordable platform for businesses around the globe.

The company has over 35 customers, including Fortune 100 and 200 companies worldwide. 12 of their large customers were added to the list of clients during the pandemic when the economy was going south and the world was locked down.

Future plans

The founders aim to grow and enrich their product line and existing products exponentially. They are focussing on growth in the global markets and aiming to hit the 100 Mn $ mark on their revenues by 2027.
