Brightstar appoints Sanjeev Chhabra as Director for India business
Brightstar Corp, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp, today said it has appointed Sanjeev Chhabra as a Director for its India business.
Chhabra, who was responsible for B2B Enterprise Business at Brightstar, has taken over the role of Director from Deval Parikh, the company said in a statement.
In his new role, Chhabra will be responsible for Brightstar's business across the India market, it added.

* Commerce Ministry's India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) has constructed a hostel block for a blind school in the national capital.
During 2015-16, ITPO under its CSR initiatives contributed Rs 52 lakh for the construction of the hostel for the blind students at Andh Mahavidyalaya, the ministry said in a statement.
The newly constructed hostel block can accommodate around 60 students.
