Global management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group Friday said it has donated 300 laptops and Rs 5 lakh to Gurugram-based non-profit organisation Computer Shiksha.

Since 2012, Computer Shiksha has been striving to bring computer literacy to the underprivileged sections of the society.

It is anticipated that these 300 computers will benefit about 4,000 students across 21 schools in India.

"There is a perfect synergy between Computer Shiksha's mission and our commitment of total societal impact. We are sure that our contribution will benefit the larger group of students," Boston Consulting Group partner and director Vikash Jain said.

AirAsia presents 'Kabali' livery model aircraft to Rajinikanth Malaysian budget carrier AirAsia, which had rebranded one of its aircraft with livery dedicated to the Rajinikanth-starrer blockbuster Kabali, Friday presented a livery model aircraft to the superstar.

The aircraft was designed as part of AirAsias airline partnership with the movie, which was shot in India, Malaysia and Thailand back in 2016, a statement said.

The model was presented to Rajinikanth by AirAsia India chief executive Sunil Bhaskaran in Chennai, it added.
