If you use Gmail daily, you should know some hacks to make your work easy and fast.
If you have sent an email message, whether by mistake or not, and you have to unsend it within 30 seconds, this trick can be helpful to you.
To stop promotional messages, type ‘Unsubscribe’ in the search box, select the unwanted email, and click the dustbin icon.
This feature by Gmail allows you to protect your confidential emails. In this mode, messages don't have options to get forwarded, copied, printed, downloaded, or sent as attachments.
Go to settings, select the ‘Offline’ section, enable ‘Offline mail’, and set your preferences.
Click the down arrow next to 'send', choose ‘Schedule Send’ and set your date or time.
As with snoozing your alarm during sleep, you can also do it with your Gmail messages. To snooze an email, open the email, click the ‘Clock’ icon, and set your snooze preferences.
To use the template feature, click ‘Compose’, type your template text, go to ‘Menu’, choose ‘Templates’, and save your draft as a new template.
