Three Indian cities have made it to the index, of 46 member cities. The valuation-based gauge tracks the movement of prime residential prices across 46 cities worldwide using data from its global research network.
Mumbai jumped to the 6th position in 2023, from 22nd the previous year, with a 12-month percentage change of 5.5%.
Bengaluru rose to the 16th spot from 20th, with a 12 month percentage change of 3%.
In 2022, the national capital was placed at the 28th position.
Dubai tops the ranking with 44% annual growth.
At the second position in the list is Miami, the only city other than Dubai to clock double-digit growth.
