BLS E-Services' initial public offering (IPO) has hit the primary market today, January 30, 2024.
The company has fixed the IPO price at Rs 129 to Rs 135 per equity share.
The IPO will remain open till February 1, 2024.
BLS E-Services aims to raise Rs 310.91 crore through the issuance of fresh shares.
One lot comprises 108 shares, and a bidder can apply in lots.
Finalisation of share allocation is most likely on February 2, 2024.
The company's shares may be listed on February 6, 2024.
BLS provides various 'earn money' services to its agents in this B2B module like Ayushmaan Bharat, PAN Card Service, Recharges, and Aadhaar Payments, among many others.
