JLR unveils waitlist for its quietest and most refined model, New Range Rover Electric

Jaguar Land Rover launches a waitlist for the new Range Rover Electric, touted as the quietest and most refined model to date by the company.

Prototypes of the eagerly awaited Range Rover Electric are now undergoing road testing by British automaker Jaguar Land Rover.

Enthusiasts can join the waiting list to be among the first to pre-order this groundbreaking electric vehicle.

JLR, known for its hybrid models, is transitioning comprehensively to full electric vehicles as part of its long-term electric and digital strategy.

JLR claims the new Range Rover Electric to be the quietest and most refined in the automaker's lineup.

Thomas Müller, Executive Director of Product Engineering at JLR, emphasises the vehicle's timeless design, serene cabin, and zero tailpipe emissions.

Range Rover Electric will be manufactured on the 800V Modular Longitudinal Architecture at the Solihull plant in the UK.

Batteries and electric drive units for Range Rover Electric will be assembled at the new Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre in Wolverhampton.
