Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd (TPEM) has introduced the Punch.ev, an all-electric SUV developed on the state-of-the-art Pure EV architecture called acti.ev.
The Punch.ev is available in three distinct variants - Smart, Adventure, and Empowered, catering to different preferences and needs.
The Punch.ev has been launched at a special introductory price of Rs 10.99 lakh.
The electric SUV offers two battery pack options - 25 kWh with a range of 315 km and a 35 kWh variant providing a range of 421 km.
With two e-drive options, the Punch.ev features powerful electric motors, achieving a 0 to 100 km/h sprint time of 9.5 seconds and a top speed of 140 km/hr.
The Punch.ev's battery pack and motor are IP67 rated, providing protection from dust and water. The warranty for these components is 8 years or 1,60,000 km.
The Punch.ev supports fast charging from 10% to 80% in just 56 minutes using any 50 kW DC fast charger.
The SUV offers smart lighting systems, a high-definition infotainment display, a digital cockpit, and a mix of physical and touch controls. It also incorporates wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay functionalities.
Safety features include 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ISOFIX, roll-over mitigation, brake disc wiping, and a 360 surround view camera system with a blind spot monitor in high-end trims.
