UPI has turned out to be the most preferred payment method for users who are accustomed to digital payments. But there are some users who still rely on cash for their daily payment needs, maybe because they do not manage their money through their account, or there may be other personal reasons that stop them from using digital payments, but not anymore. The introduction of the UPI circle will address these unfulfilled needs. NPCI BHIM Services Limited (NBSL), a subsidiary of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), launched UPI Circle that lets users safely give UPI access to trusted family members, friends, or others without sharing sensitive information.
