Movie Tickets at Rs 99: Are you a film buff? Commemorating Cinema Lovers Day on May 31, 2024, PVR Cinemas, Cinepolis and other cinemas are offering movie tickets at just Rs 99. At this price, you can watch newly released movies this Friday, such as Mr & Mrs Mahi, Fast Charlie, The Strangers, and others.
On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, PVR Cinemas announced via a tweet on X that, on the occasion of Cinema Lovers Day, people can watch movies for Rs 99.
"Blockbuster thrills at an unbelievable price! This Cinema Lovers’ Day, enjoy any of these latest movies for just ₹99. Hurry up! The offer is valid only for May 31," the tweet said.

According to the Multiplex Association of India (MAI), the offer will be available at major cinemas such as PVR-INOX, Cinepolis, Miraj, CityPride, Asian Cinemas, Mukta A2, Movie Time, MovieMax, Wave, M2K, and Delite.
MAI also mentioned that over four thousand screens are participating in this initiative.
"Cinema Lovers Day returns on 31st May with movies for just Rs 99/-! Join us at cinemas across India to celebrate a day at the movies. Over 4000+ screens are participating, making it an unforgettable cinematic experience!" MAI tweeted.
However, the offer does not include recliners and premium seats.
"Recliners and premium formats are not included," the tweet further clarified.
