US stocks slid on Wednesday as the US Congress passed a revised Republican bill to overhaul the US tax code over three decades. The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 28.10 points, or 0.11 per cent, to 24,726.65. The S&P 500 lost 2.22 points, or 0.08 per cent, to 2,679.25.
