Zee Business has been continuously warning people regarding the fake apps and betting apps. The government has done a strong digital surgical strike on loans and betting apps with Chinese links. The government decided to block and ban about 232 such apps which were also posing a threat to the security of the country. The apps targeted by the government included 138 betting and 94 lending apps. All apps have been banned under section 69 of the IT Act. What did the government find in its investigation?
