About 1,30,170 units have been sold so far in the first three months of 2024 across seven cities, the National Capital Region (NCR), the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad, as against 1,13,775 units in the corresponding period a year ago, according to property consultant ANAROCK.
