Piramal Enterprises aims to buyback 1.45 crore shares at a price of Rs 1,250 per piece through a tender offer. The total share buyback amounts to Rs 1,750 crore. Piramal Enterprises offers a premium of nearly 18 per cent for its share buyback. On the other hand, Indianmart offers a premium of nearly 31 per cent for its share buyback at Rs 500 per piece.

The share buyback will only be available for investors who held KRBL shares as of the record date, August 25. The buyback will be settled by September 13. The registrar of the buyback is Alankit Assignments Limited.

KRBL dividend 2023:&nbsp;Rice processing and exporting company KRBL's shares gained as its board was scheduled to meet during the course of the day to consider a final dividend and a share buyback. The company is also slated to report its financial results for the April-June period on Thursday.
