Pak won't mend its way easily: PM on cross-border terror attacks despite surgical strike

Indian Railways Bilaspur-Leh proposed line may be declared national project

The Indian Railways has suggested that strategically important 465-km railway line proposed between Himachal Pradesh`s Bilaspur and Jammu and Kashmir`s Leh along the Indo-China border be declared a "national project", a Northern Railway (NR) official said on Wednesday.

With high probability of normal monsoon at 97 percent predicted pan India for 2018, private weather forecaster Skymet on Tuesday forecast central India to receive highest rainfall at 108 percent between June and September. A figure between 96 to 104 percent is considered normal monsoon.
