In qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category, 2.68 lakh shares were subscribed out of 9.18 lakh on offer. NSE data showed that retail investors have already bid for 9.03 lakh shares, or 56% of their allocated quota of 16.02 lakh shares.&nbsp;

Advanced Enzyme IPO subscribed nearly 40%

At Upper end pricing of the IPO values Advanced Enzyme at 24.7x earnings in FY2016. It is available at PE of 20.3x its FY17 earnings. The company has no listed peer in India while global enzymes leader Novozymes trades at a PE ratio of 35.5. Thus we recommend strong “Subscribe” to the IPO, says&nbsp;Anand Rathi.

The IPO received bid of around 8,47,58,880 shares as against 1,22,50,000 shares on offer.&nbsp;Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) put in bids for 5,41,19,860 shares oversubscribing their quota by 15.46 times.&nbsp;

The company&nbsp;was trading marginally up at Rs. 501.85, at&nbsp;11 am. This is a 57% premium over its issue price of Rs 317 per share.&nbsp;

Quess Corp lists at over 50% premium

Domestic institutional investors's quota in QIB was subscribed 1.76 times against the reserved 35,00,000 shares.&nbsp; From the total, foreign institutional investors bid stood at 50,42,360 shares; while that of DFI was around 11,26,760 shares.

L&T Infotech IPO: Foreign investors bid heavily 

The IPO opens on Monday July 11, 2016 and will close on&nbsp;Wednesday July 13, 2016. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 705 to Rs. 710 (discount of Rs10/sh on issue price to eligible retail applicants).&nbsp;The IPO type is offer for sale from existing shareholders and it is expected to dilute around 10.3% in promoter’s stake to 84.6% from the current 94.94%.

L&T Infotech IPO opens; Is it a fair deal? 

During the first quarter of current fiscal, Indian companies raised Rs 9,351 crore via equity (share sale), a drop of 18% from the same period last year.&nbsp;Off the total amount, the amount raised via fresh capital was around Rs 2,312 crore; while the remaining was from offer for sale.

During its first trading session, MGL started off with a big bang. The shares of the company are trading above 111.20 points from its set upper price band of Rs. 421. It has nearly soared 26% at Rs. 532.50.

Mahanagar Gas trades 26% up on its first day listing

In the data, Qualified institutional buyers (QIB) recorded bid of around 89,07,395 which 1.82 times from 48,98,900 shares offered. The Non-institutional investors managed to withdraw around 23% of the reserved shares.
