GST rates for 1,211 goods and all services have been decided. The tax rates under GST for all products and services will be at 5%, 8%, 18% and 28%. There is also a list of products that are termed 'essential' and will attract 0% Goods and Services Tax.
Kerala Finance Minister Thomas Issac said there will be four rates for services at 5, 12, 18 and 28 per cent, similar to tax slabs for goods.
