These Terms of Use (“These Terms”) are a legal contract between You and Indiadotcom Digital Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any group companies (hereinafter referred to as “IDPL”) and govern Your use of the website https://www.zeebiz.com/ and any services provided through it (collectively referred to as the ‘Website’).

Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) for the purpose of These Terms shall always mean and include copyrights whether registered or not, patents including rights of filing patents, trademarks, trade names, trade addresses, house marks, collective marks, associate marks and the right to register them, designs both industrial and layout, geographical indicators, moral rights, source code, technical data, displaying rights, distribution rights, selling rights, abridged rights, translating rights, reproducing rights, performing rights, communicating rights, adapting rights, circulating rights, protected rights, joint rights, reciprocating rights, infringement rights and further shall also include but not be limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code in relation to the Website. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold IDPL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the site harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including but not limited to attorneys' fees, other expenses that arise directly or indirectly resulting out of or from your breach of this These Terms, your violation of the undertaking, representation and covenants as mentioned above and/or your activities in connection with this website. You shall indemnify and hold harmless IDPL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, licensors from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party

Third Party Rights

The provisions of Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities, and Indemnification are for the benefit of IDPL and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on their own behalf.

Termination

You understand and agree that IDPL may, at its sole discretion and at any time, terminate your password, user account or use of any service for any reason. IDPL may also, at its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any site or service or limit or restrict any user access thereto, for any reason. You understand and agree that IDPL may take any or more of these actions, in its sole discretion, immediately deactivate and / or delete any or all information about and concerning your user account, including your registration information. You understand and agree that IDPL shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of your access to any service and / or the removal of information concerning your account.

Severability

If any provision of the terms and condition shall be held unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Registration And Acceptance Of Terms

In consideration of your use of service of the site, you agree to (i) comply with the rules (ii) provide accurate, complete and true information about yourself as may be required on any registration form for the service. In order to create your User Account, and (iii) maintain and update, as applicable, your registration information with current and complete information. Users who violate these rules, or provide inaccurate, false or non-current registration information may, at IDPL 's sole discretion, have their user account suspended or terminated and may be permanently banned from having any current or future service from the site.

As part of your user account, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining confidentiality of your username and password. You are advised to select a username other than your real name or real name of any other person. We also urge you to memorize your password or keep it in a secure place. You agree that you will (i) immediately notify IDPL of any unauthorized use of your account, and (ii) ensure that you properly exit all services at the completion of your use session. IDPL will have no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of a user account, the site or any service or your failure to comply with these requirements.

Waiver

IDPL failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this These Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this These Terms.

Assignment

IDPL may assign its rights and duties under this These Terms to any party at any time without notice to you.

Governing Law

The These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of Law at Delhi only shall have exclusive Jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this These Terms.

By signing up on our website, you consent to receive emails from us, including newsletters, promotional content, and updates about our services. These communications are considered part of your use of our services.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails, though we may still send you essential service-related emails (e.g., account notifications, password resets).

The Contest titled ‘Budget Bonanza’ (“Contest”) is being organized by Zee Media Corporation Limited (“ZMCL”). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest, and “ZMCL” or “Us” or “Our” or “We” shall mean Zee Media Corporation Limited, together with its Affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents and authorized representatives. “Affiliates” shall mean any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ZMCL. “Channel” shall mean Zee Business, “Website” shall mean www.zeebiz.com and “Social Media Handles” shall mean @Zee Business.

ELIGIBILITY

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

  1. a. You should be an Indian citizen.
  2. b. You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
  3. c. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
  4. d. You are not an employee of ZMCL, or of any of its affiliate companies or of any of the Group Companies, or the employee’s immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren).

A. DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND ENTRY PROCEDURE

  1. 1. This Contest will be conducted on 1st February 2026 between 07:00 A.M. IST and 10:00 P.M. IST (approx.) (“Contest Period”). ZMCL reserves the right to extend, curtail, modify or cancel the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice. Approximately fifteen (15) questions may be aired during the Contest Period. ZMCL reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of questions at its sole discretion.
  2. 2. Each question shall be flashed along with three optional answers to choose from. Participants intending to participate in the Contest shall be required to send an SMS with the chosen option to 57575 using the format ZB Option, or participate through social media platforms by using the hashtags #BudgetOnZee and #AnilSinghvi, as may be communicated during the Contest. Winners may be selected from eligible SMS entries and/or social media participation, at ZMCL’s sole and absolute discretion. The determination of the correctness of answers, eligibility of entries, and selection of winners shall be made solely by ZMCL, and such determination shall be final and binding. Participants who answer one or more questions correctly may be considered for shortlisting at ZMCL’s sole discretion. Shortlisted participants may be included in a random selection process, including but not limited to a lucky draw mechanism. Participation in the Contest and/or answering questions correctly does not create any right or entitlement to be selected as a winner. The final selection of winners shall be entirely at ZMCL’s sole and absolute discretion.

B. PRIZE AND PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. 1. ZMCL may announce the names of the winners on Zee Business and/or its official social media platforms, along with partial identification details such as the last five (5) digits of the winner’s registered mobile number, for verification purposes. Winners shall be selected from eligible SMS entries and/or social media participation in accordance with these T&Cs. Further instructions regarding prize collection shall be communicated directly to the selected winners. Selected winners shall be required to send a confirmation email along with valid KYC documents, including but not limited to PAN card and address proof, to zeebizcontest@zeebiz.com within the timeline communicated by ZMCL. Failure to respond or provide required documentation within the stipulated timeline may result in forfeiture of the Prize at ZMCL’s discretion. Prizes may be dispatched to the postal address provided by the winner, subject to successful verification of documents and details. The winner shall be solely responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete contact and address details are provided. ZMCL shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the winner. All applicable taxes, including but not limited to TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be borne by the winner. ZMCL reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes at source prior to release of the Prize.
  2. 2. Upon selection, winners may be required to collect their Prize from ZMCL’s office situated at A Wing, 14th Floor, Marathon Futurex, N. M. Joshi Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 or at FC-9, Film City, Noida – 201301, during regular business hours (9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.), as may be communicated by ZMCL. Alternatively, at ZMCL’s sole discretion, the Prize may be dispatched to the winner’s registered postal address or delivered electronically, as applicable. The mode of delivery shall be determined solely by ZMCL. The collection or dispatch timeline shall be communicated to the selected winners via phone call, email, and/or official announcements on the Channel or social media platforms. If a selected winner fails to respond, complete verification formalities, or claim the Prize within sixty (60) days from the date of declaration of winners, ZMCL reserves the right to forfeit the Prize without any further obligation. The winner shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or statutory levies in connection with the Prize. ZMCL reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes at source prior to release or dispatch of the Prize. The winner shall provide all necessary KYC and tax documentation as required by ZMCL. Risk in the Prize shall pass to the winner upon dispatch. ZMCL shall not be responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring during transit.
  3. 3. Where ZMCL requires in-person collection, the selected winner shall be required to collect the Prize in person from the designated location upon prior confirmation. The winner shall be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, and ZMCL shall not be liable for any costs incurred in this regard. The Prize shall be handed over only upon successful verification of the winner’s original valid government-issued photo identification (including PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Indian Passport) and submission of such KYC and tax documentation as may be required by ZMCL. ZMCL may require the winner to execute an acknowledgment-cum-receipt and/or any declaration or undertaking as may be deemed necessary prior to release of the Prize. In the event the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, required documentation, or execute the necessary acknowledgment, ZMCL reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the Prize at its sole discretion.

C. PRIZE SELECTION

  1. 1. Winners may be selected through a random selection process, including but not limited to a lucky draw mechanism, conducted internally by ZMCL through a manual and/or automated process, at its sole discretion. The selection process shall be final and binding. Winners may be announced on the Channel and/or on official social media platforms of Zee Business.
  2. 2. ZMCL reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the nature, type, specifications and value of the Prize(s). The details of the Prize may not be finalized until after conclusion of the Contest. ZMCL may select winners from any city within India, subject to eligibility criteria.
  3. 3. A selected participant shall forfeit the Prize if
    1. a. he participant does not meet the eligibility criteria;
    2. b. fails to comply with these T&Cs;
    3. c. fails to respond within the stipulated timeline; or
    4. d. fails to complete verification formalities.
    Such forfeiture shall be at ZMCL’s sole discretion.
  4. 4. Each Prize shall be awarded on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, except at ZMCL’s discretion. In circumstances beyond ZMCL’s control, ZMCL reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or higher value.
  5. 5. ZMCL shall take reasonable precautions for delivery of physical Prizes; however, ZMCL shall not be responsible for delay, loss or damage occurring during transit once the Prize has been dispatched. Risk shall pass to the winner upon dispatch.

D. ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. 1. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ZMCL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Contest or these T&Cs at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and at the participant’s sole risk.
  2. 2. ZMCL shall not be responsible for:
    1. i. lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or inaccurate entries, whether caused by participants or by any technical or human error in the processing of entries;
    2. ii. printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest;
    3. iii. technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind;
    4. iv. unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or
    5. v. failure to receive any entry or other information due to technical or telecommunication issues beyond ZMCL’s reasonable control.
  3. 3. ZMCL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who:
    1. i. tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest;
    2. ii. acts in violation of these T&Cs;
    3. iii. provides false or misleading information; or
    4. iv. engages in any conduct which, in ZMCL’s opinion, is fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the Contest or other participants.

E. MISCELLANEOUS

The Contest and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-redeemable for cash, except at ZMCL’s sole discretion. All decisions of ZMCL relating to the Contest, including interpretation of these T&Cs, selection of winners and Prize determination, shall be final and binding. Failure by ZMCL to enforce any provision of these T&Cs in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest or these T&Cs.

F. FORCE MAJEURE

The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events including, without limitation, floods, natural disasters, lockdowns, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, political unrest, governmental restrictions, technical failures, system breakdowns, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ZMCL (“Force Majeure Event”).

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, ZMCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Contest, without any liability.

ZMCL shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, modification or adverse effect caused to participants, including winners, as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

G. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Contest, participants grant ZMCL and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, communicate and distribute their name, voice, likeness, image, photographs, video recordings and statements made in connection with the Contest, for the purposes of promotion, publicity, marketing and advertisement of the Contest and related programming, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

Such use may include publication on television, digital platforms, websites and social media platforms of ZMCL.

Participants acknowledge that no separate compensation shall be payable for such use.

Nothing contained herein shall transfer ownership of the participant’s personality rights; however, the participant agrees not to raise any objection or claim against ZMCL for the permitted use described above.

All personal information shall be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

H. LIABILITY RELEASE

Participation in the Contest is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ZMCL, its affiliates, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the Prize.

ZMCL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from (i) participation in the Contest; (ii) acceptance, possession or use of any Prize; or (iii) any third-party products or services associated with the Prize, except to the extent caused by ZMCL’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Tax obligations in relation to the Prize shall be governed in accordance with Section B above. Failure to comply with applicable tax or documentation requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize at ZMCL’s discretion.

I. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Upon completion of the verification process, ZMCL may contact the selected winners individually through the contact details provided by them.

ZMCL may also publish the names of the confirmed winners (and partial identification details, where necessary) on the Channel and/or its official website and social media platforms.

Publication of winner details shall be subject to compliance with applicable laws and these T&Cs.

J. PRIVACY NOTICE

All personal information submitted in connection with the Contest shall be collected and processed by ZMCL solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, verification of winners, prize fulfilment, and related communications.

By participating in the Contest, participants consent to such collection and processing of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ZMCL may share such information with its affiliates and authorized service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis for purposes of conducting the Contest and fulfilling the Prize.

Personal information shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required under applicable law.
