Huawei Band 6 Design

Huawei Band 6 Design

In terms of design and outlook, When you see the smart band for the first time, you will see the big display, which is rare in the smart bands category, (Xiaomi Band 6 and OnePlus Band for example). Huawei Band 6 looks a watch-like smart band. Weighing only 18g, the Huawei Band 6 comes with a rectangular body that is slightly bigger than a traditional fitness tracker. The polymer watch body has a metal texture finish around the side and a matte plastic finish at the bottom, where it houses its sensors. The rubber straps are soft and easy around the wrist. Despite the large display, this fitness trackers feels light and comfortable throughout the day.

Huawei Band 6 review

Huawei Band 6 review

Huawei Band 6 is a touch-based smart fitness band, and it has only one button on the right side. Swiping left or right from the band face will show you widgets like your activity rings, heart rate monitoring, and more, and you can customize those through the band's settings. When you press that right button, you will se options such as, Workout, Workout records, Heart rate, SpO2, Activity records, Sleep, Stress, Breathing exercises, Music, Weather, Notifications, Stopwatch, Timer, Alarm, Flashlight, Remote shutter (requires a Huawei/Honor phone), Find phone and Settings. The overall design and look of the band is impressive. The display of the Huawei Band 6 is sharp and bright. Not just activity tracking or wellness tracking, in terms of design, weight and battery this smart band has ticked almost all the right boxes.

The Huawei Band 6 is also water-resistant up to 50 meters. It can be worn while showering or swimming in a shallow-water pool. With the colourful large screen and comprehensive health and fitness tracking capabilities, it did not affect the battery life of the Huawei Band 6. The smart band has a battery life of up to 14 days in regular mode, which is longer than its predecessor by a double, offering an uninterrupted user experience for up to two weeks. It supports fast charging via a magnetic charger.
