About two months after successfully introducing its 'Z' series in India with the launch of Z1 Pro, vivo is set to introduce its second smartphone in the line-up - the vivo Z1x - to be launched in India on September 6. The company claims that the Z1x is not a successor to the Z1Pro and just an addition in the series. It will be sold exclusively on Flipkart and would offer up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The major highlights of the vivo Z1x are its 48MP triple rear camera and Super AMOLED screen, both an upgrade on the Z1 Pro.
We have the device with us and will soon tell if it is worth your money or not. But, for now, we have the exclusive images of the vivo Z1x which looks stunning in a dual tone finish. We can also confirm the specs of the smartphone including a 4,500 mAh battery, 32-megapixel selfie camera and Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor.
"Z1X is designed for consumers that are performance-oriented and love playing heavy density games on their handset," vivo says on its website.
vivo Z1x features and specification
The Z1x is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor which made its India debut with the Z1Pro. However, the smartphone maker claims that its latest offering gives you an improved performance. It features a 6.38-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display with in-display fingerprint display. At the back, the phone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main Sony IMX582 sensor, another ultra-wide angle sensor and a depth sensing camera as well. It gets a 32MP seflie camera at the front just like the Z1Pro.
The Z1x packs a smaller 4,500 mAh battery which helped vivo make the device more compact the Z1Pro which came with a bigger 5,000 mAh battery. The phone comes with a 22.5W charger out of the box which claims to give you three hour of talktime in a 5-minute charge.
The official price of the Z1x will be announced when the phone is launched on September 6.
