There will be a massive change in the Indian pricing of any of these products with the Sony WF-XB700N likely to be positioned in the sub-Rs 10,000 segment. The Sony WF-SP800N could be priced at under Rs 15,000.
The Sony WF-SP800N is the more premium of the two, and will take on products such as the Apple AirPods range, the Samsung Galaxy Buds+, and the Jabra Elite 75t. The earphones come with active noise cancellation. The feature is rare on truly wireless earbuds, giving Sony an edge over competitors.
Last week, the company had launched a new wireless noise cancelling headphones in India - WH-CH710N. Sony is promoting these for highly effective Noise Cancellation that isolates outside noise and allows you to take calls, listen to music and more without disturbance.
