Samsung kicks off Galaxy Book5 Series sale in India--Price, AI features, other details to know

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series Sale Starts: Samsung on Thursday, March 20 announced the nationwide availability of the Galaxy Book5 series. With cutting-edge performance and immersive AI features, the Galaxy Book5 series is designed for next-level productivity, creativity, and entertainment, the company claimed.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series: Price & Offers

The starting price of the Galaxy Book5 series is Rs 1,14,900, which is Rs 15000 lower than the previous Galaxy Book4 series models. Customers who purchase the Galaxy Book5 series can get bank cashback up to Rs 10,000 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro at Rs 7,999 (against the original price of Rs 19,999). The devices are also available with up to 24 months no cost EMI option.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series: AI Features

The Galaxy Book5 series comes with AI for the first time and features a neural processing unit for AI computing, along with Galaxy AI features such as AI Select, Recall and Photo Remaster. AI Select, a feature similar to Circle to Search with Google on Galaxy smartphones, enables instant search and extraction of information with a single click. Photo Remaster enhances images with AI-powered clarity and sharpness.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series: Performance

The Galaxy Book5 series is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) featuring Intel AI Boost. These processors feature an upgraded NPU and next-gen Intel Arc graphics that delivers up to a 3xboost in AI compute performance and result in up to 40 per cent lower SoC power consumption compared to previous generations, the official release said.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series: Battery 

The Galaxy Book5 series offers up to 25 hours of battery life with superfast charging. The Galaxy Book5 Pro is capable of reaching 41 per cent charge in 30 minutes.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series: Microsoft Copilot+ Experience

The Galaxy Book5 series gets on-device Microsoft Copilot+. Integrated with Windows 11 and Microsoft’s AI-enhanced Copilot+ experience, it also offers intelligent assistance for various tasks, including writing, research, scheduling, and presentations.
