OPPO A78 5G Specifications, Price in India: OPPO on Monday announced the launch of the OPPO A78 5G smartphone in India. The new device is compatible with all major Indian service providers, including Jio, Vodafone and Airtel.

OPPO A78 5G Price in India 

The OPPO A78 5G will be available in an 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant and will cost Rs 18,999. 

Customers can avail of up to 10 per cent cashback and six months NCEMI from ICICI, SBI, BOB, IDFC, ONECARD, and AU FINANCE banks. 

OPPO A78 5G Specifications 

The A78 5G runs on ColorOS 13 which is based on Android 13 and comes with OPPO’s Dynamic Computing Engine. The company claims that the operating system will allow users to run up to 18 apps.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor and 8GB RAM and 8GB additional RAM expansion. The device offers 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded with the help of a microSD card. It can support up to 1TB of memory.

OPPO A78 5G weighs 188g and is 7.99mm thin. The smartphone will be available in Glowing Blue and Glowing Black colour options. 

OPPO A78 5G Specifications - Battery 

The OPPO A78 5G comes with 5,000mAh that supports 33W fast charging. According to the company, SUPERVOOCTM fast-charging technology can fully charge the device in around 60 minutes. In terms of backup, the device offers up to 23 hours of everyday use.

The smartphone has a Super Night Standby algorithm. This analyses the sleep patterns of the user and lowers power consumption to only 2 per cent during the night. 

OPPO A78 5G - Camera

OPPO A78 5G comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor for natural bokeh in portraits.

For selfies, the device features an 8MP front camera. 

OPPO A78 5G - Dual Stereo Speakers 

OPPO A78 5G has dual stereo speakers and also offers an Ultra Volume Mode. This mode will help users by turning up the speaker level by 200 per cent to hear clear sound.

OPPO A78 5G - Display 

OPPO A78 5G has a 6.56-inch display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. To prevent eye fatigue, the smartphone comes with All-Day AI Eye Comfort for continuous eye protection and a safe viewing experience.
