Mankind Pharma promoter’s family office leads $2.4 million investment in Finfinity

Digital lending marketplace Finfinity has raised $2.4 million in a seed-funding round led by the Mankind Pharma Promoter’s family office. The round also saw participation from Vi-John Group, Sanjay Singhvi, Bavadeep Reddy, Malani Ventures Pvt Ltd (Sanjay Shah Family office), Gurshant Singh Bhatia, Sunny Bhatia, Upkaran Singh Chawla and Harbir Dhingra, besides some company employees.

Launched in October 2023, the company is building a financial well-being platform that enables users to discover, compare, and access credit through real-time, AI-driven recommendations, as it looks to simplify borrowing and improve decision-making for consumers.

Founded by Pradeep Chauhan, with co-founders Mohit Jain and Vijay Kadam, along with Saaurabh R Pradhaan as an Executive Director, Finfinity draws on over 100 years of combined experience across banks, NBFCs, fintech, and technology platforms.

The platform allows users to compare loan options across multiple lenders, helping them secure better rates and make more informed borrowing decisions. Moving beyond a traditional loan aggregator model, Finfinity focuses on delivering transparent, personalised borrowing experiences, supported by deep tech integrations with banks and NBFCs that enable real-time data exchange, stronger risk intelligence, and faster decision-making.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Finfinity’s technology platform, with a focus on personalisation and risk intelligence. It will also support the expansion of lender partnerships, scaling of distribution, and investments in customer acquisition and brand building. The company plans to hire across product, engineering, and partnerships as it continues to scale.

“We are building more than a marketplace. We are creating an ecosystem where technology simplifies borrowing, improves outcomes for users, and enables lenders to connect with the right customers more efficiently,” said Pradeep Chauhan, Founder, Finfinity.

Mohit Jain, Co-founder, Finfinity, said, “This investment brings not just capital, but deep strategic insight, strong industry networks, and long-term conviction in our vision. Our investors’ experience across financial services and consumer businesses will help us accelerate growth, strengthen partnerships, and build a more robust and scalable platform.”

Vijay Kadam, Co-founder, Finfinity, added, “We are not just improving access to credit. We are redefining how it is experienced. By combining deep technology, realtime integrations, and customer-first design, we aim to make borrowing faster, smarter, and more transparent for every Indian.”

Saaurabh R Pradhaan, Executive Director and COO, Finfinity, said, "Our focus is on unifying backend processes through agentic AI to create a seamless credit experience. This capital enables us to scale that capability with speed and precision."

Gurmeet Chadha, Managing Partner and CIO at Complete Circle Wealth Solutions, said, ”Our investment in Finfinity is a Strategic step towards offering comprehensive financial solutions to end customers. Finfinity’s technology-led platform aligns well with our vision for the future of integrated, digital-first financial services. I am also pleased to join the board of Finfinity as a Nominee director."

Commenting on the investment, Rajeev Juneja, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mankind Pharma Limited, said, “India’s lending ecosystem is rapidly evolving towards digital, customer-first models, and Finfinity’s approach positions it well to address this shift.”

Finfinity is targeting 10 million users over the next 18-24 months, with plans to expand across lending categories, while strengthening its presence in the mortgage segment.

The fresh capital will play a key role in accelerating these plans, including the development of embedded lending experiences that integrate credit into highintent customer journeys through partnerships.

Through this next phase of growth, Finfinity aims to build a financial ecosystem that improves borrower outcomes while enabling lenders to acquire higher-quality customers more efficiently.
