Real estate company Saya Group has joined hands with Lemon Tree Hotels to operate 336 fully serviced business suites in Greater Noida.
As per the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels (subsidiary of Carnation Hotels) will operate the suites at Saya SouthX, a mixed-use development by Saya Group. Spread across 3 acres, the project has a total built-up area of approximately 6.8 lakh square feet.
"This collaboration with Lemon Tree Hotels aligns perfectly with our vision of integrating business efficiency with comfort,” said Vikas Bhasin, MD of Saya Group.
Simultaneously, Lemon Tree has signed a new property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Punjab, according to a stock market disclosure.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kharar, Punjab will feature 47 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh is approx. 26 kms away from the property. Chandigarh Railway Station is approximately. 28 kms from the property. The resort is also well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.
