DDA Towering Heights: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its Premium Housing Scheme 2025. The project, known as DDA Towering Heights, is situated at the East Delhi Hub in Karkardooma.
The project is the city’s first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project. In this scheme, DDA will e-auction a total of 1,026 soon-to-be-completed 2 BHK flats.
The project is currently under construction, and the registration will start on October 31 and will end on November 21. The final submission deadline is November 24, 2025. The e-auction for the flats will be held from December 1-4.
The successful bidders will have to pay 75 per cent of the flat cost upfront, and the remaining 25 per cent by July 2026, when possession is expected, as per the DDA brochure.
A GST of five per cent is excluded from the cost and will be applied on the final cost. The reserve price also doesn't include maintenance charges, conversion fees, and water connection charges.
- The applicant must be a citizen of India.
- They should have attained the age of majority, i.e., an applicant should have completed 18 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application, and be legally competent to enter into a contract.
- There shall be no restriction on owning any land/built-up property in Delhi.
- The applicant should give particulars of their savings account in any Bank in the name of the applicant only in the ‘Application Form’.
- Applicant must have a Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, and the same must be quoted in the Application Form.
- In case of joint application under the SC/ST Reserved Category, the joint applicant/co-applicant should be from within the family.
- In case of joint application under war widows, persons with disabilities (Divyangjan), ex-servicemen, and other reserved categories, the applicant themselves should fall within the respective reserved category, and the joint applicant/co-applicant should be from within the family.
- It is advisable that co-allottees, if any, may preferably be added at the application stage rather than at a later stage, for easy processing.
- It may be noted that only natural person(s) will be allowed to participate in the e-Auction. Companies, trusts, societies, co-operative societies, or any other legal entities, etc., shall not be allowed to participate in the e-Auction process.
According to the brochure, successful applicants will first be issued a Demand cum Allotment Letter (DAL). This will cover 75 per cent of the total price of the flat and other applicable charges. 75 per cent of the amount will be paid within 60 days from the date of issue of the letter. The remaining 25 per cent will be required to be paid when the flat is fully constructed and ready for occupation.
This DDA scheme was launched on October 25, 2025. Registration and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to participate in the e-auction can be made from October 31 to November 21, 2025.
An EMD of Rs 10 lakh will be required for each flat. In addition to this, you will also need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 2,500 per flat.
