<p><strong>DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana:</strong> The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the addition of 1,552 newly constructed flats under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, citing strong demand from eligible government employees and pensioners. The additional inventory, located in Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela, is being offered with a 25 per cent discount and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis.</p>

<p>The Karmayogi Awaas Yojana was launched as a dedicated housing scheme for serving and retired government employees. Initially, DDA offered 1,168 flats in Pocket-9, Sector A1-A4, Narela. Subsequently, 936 additional flats were introduced in Pocket-6 following a positive response from applicants.</p>
<p>According to DDA, nearly 70 per cent of the inventory under the scheme has already been sold. To meet continued demand, the authority has now added 1,552 newly constructed flats in Pocket-13. These flats are being offered in addition to the unsold inventory available in Pockets 6 and 9.</p>
<p>"Keeping in view the positive response to the Scheme and in order to provide additional housing opportunities to Government Servants, it has been decided to offer additional 1552 newly constructed flats located in Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the said scheme," DDA said in a release dated May 21, 2026.</p>
<h2><strong>Flat categories and price details</strong></h2>
<p>The newly added inventory comprises 424 one-bedroom units, 776 two-bedroom units, and 352 three-bedroom units.</p>

<p>DDA has prescribed separate corpus fund contributions and upfront maintenance charges for one year for each category of flats.</p>
<p>The corpus fund requirement has been fixed at Rs 75,000 for 1 BHK units, Rs 1.5 lakh for 2 BHK units and Rs 2.5 lakh for 3 BHK units. Monthly maintenance charges will range from Rs 1.5 to Rs 2.5 per sq ft, depending on the flat category. The authority clarified that GST will not be levied on maintenance charges.</p>
