Builder–Bank Nexus: CBI launches major crackdown, conducts 77 raids across India in housing fraud probe

According to an official statement shared by the agency on X, the CBI has registered 22 new cases against various builders following directions from the Supreme Court of India. These cases pertain to allegations of collusion between builders and officials of financial institutions, resulting in the cheating and defrauding of homebuyers.
