Top 7 Aggressive Hybrid Mutual Funds in 10 Years: Mutual fund investors who want slow but steady returns from their investments often prefer hybrid funds. The reason is that such funds have their investments in debt and equity. While debt provides them some safety, equity grows their corpus fast. During market fluctuations, these funds decline slower than pure equity funds. That's the reason a lot of mutual fund investors use aggressive hybrid mutual funds to get regular income through the systematic withdrawal plan (SWP) method during their retirement years. They invest a lump sum amount in an aggressive fund, set up a SWP, and withdraw monthly income for years. As per Securities Exchange Board of India's classification of mutual funds, aggressive hybrid funds need to have at least 65 per cent to 80 per cent of their investments in equity and 20 per cent to 35 per cent in debt instruments. Here, we take you through the top 7 aggressive hybrid mutual funds (SWP) that have provided at least Rs 61,500 monthly income for 10 years on a Rs 50 lakh one-time investment.
