You can change your name only twice in a lifetime.
Process to change name
Visit an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre. You need supporting documents like a birth certificate or educational certificate for this.
Change in address
There is no limit to changing the address in your Aadhaar.

You can change your address online through the myAadhaar portal or can also visit the Aadhaar Enrolment Centre.
Address proof
You need to provide valid address proof to change the address. If you don't have any documents in your name, you can use the address validation letter.
Age
If there is an error in your date of birth, you can get this corrected. You will only get this option once in your lifetime.
Gender
If due to some mistake in your Aadhaar, there is wrong information about gender, then you get a chance to correct it only once in life.
Aadhaar-linked mobile number
If you want to change the mobile number linked to Aadhaar, then you also get this option. You can change it as many times as you want. There is no limit set by UIDAI for this.
Fees
To change your name or address or any other information on your Aadhaar card, you need to pay Rs 50.
