Forget 7th pay commission, these teachers may lose pension, even pay back whopping Rs 4.5 lakh to government

7th pay commission: While central and state government employees are getting pay as per the recommendations of the 7th pay commission, a large section of employees are yet to get these benefits. Most of the employees who fall in this section are from academics like teachers and professors. Academicians of Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar and some other states are still waiting for a pay hike and benefits as recommended by the 7th pay commission. Even though this is the  state of affairs, these employees are facing a huge penalty because of faulty distribution of increments that they have received and now have been told to pay back!
