The bank also provided toll-free numbers 1800 1037 188 or 1800 1213 721.

State Bank of India customers need to register at toll numbers 1800 1037 188 or 1800 1213 721 for SBI doorstep banking.
SBI is offering a number of services under the doorstep banking facility. There are three types of services being offered by the bank including Pick-Up Services, Delivery Services, and Other Services.
Among the pick-up services are cheques/drafts/pay orders, new cheque book requisition slips, IT challan, and standing instructions request.
Delivery services include drafts/pay orders, term deposit receipts, account statement, TDS/Form-16 Certificate, and gift card.
While other services include cash withdrawal and digital life certificate for pensioners.
SBI Doorstep Banking Services can be accessed through Mobile App, Web Portal and Call Centre.
How to register in doorstep banking app?
Step 1: Download the Doorstep Banking app from app store for iOS and play store for Android phones.
Step 2: Enter mobile number for register.
Step 3: OTP will be generated from system and will be sent on your mobile number.
Step 4: Enter OTP in DSB App.
Step 5: On confirmation, provide name and email (optional) password (PIN) and accept terms and conditions.
Step 6: On registration, DSB system sends welcome SMS.
Step 7: Next, login in APP with PIN for entering additional information.
Step 8: Select Add address option and enters address details. You can add more than one address and store in DSB App. Also you can add, edit or delete address any time.
