The State Bank of India (SBI) offers a number of contactless services to its customers and the above-mentioned one is among them.

The largest public sector bank in the country offers a number of contactless services for the urgent banking needs for its customers. Time and again the SBI reminds these services that can be availed by its customers by posting them from its Twitter handle. Recently, SBI tweeted from its official Twitter handle, "Stay safe at home, we are there to serve you. SBI provides you a contactless service that will help you with your urgent banking needs. By dialing the above-mentioned toll-free numbers, one will be able to block one's old ATM card and issue a new one. However, the SBI customer must remember that he or she must dial from the registered mobile number to avail the service.
There are different other contactless services offered by the SBI. They are as follows:
1) Balance and last five transactions at IVR
2) Balance and last five transactions through SMS
3) Request for blocking and reissuance of ATM card
4) Generation of ATM/ Green PIN
