Stocks to Track on June 25, Stocks in News: At around 8:06 am, GIFT Nifty futures traded higher by 0.14 per cent or 31.8 points at 23,575, indicating a muted to positive opening on the D-Street. Domestic equity benchmarks registered mild gains on Tuesday, with the Sensex rising 131.2 points to end at 77,341.1 and the Nifty50 gaining 36.8 points to settle at 23,537.9, led by buying interest in auto, financial and FMCG shares though selling pressure in energy and IT stocks limited the upside. Amara Raja inks licensing pact with GIB EnergyX
Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies has signed a licensing agreement with GIB EnergyX, a subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech Co, for lithium-ion cell technology. Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility (ARE&M).

Sun Pharma completes merger with Taro Pharma
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has completed the merger of Taro Pharmaceutical Industries with itself in a deal valued at $347.7 million.
After the merger, Taro is now a private company wholly-owned by Sun Pharma.

ixigo extends ties with PhonePe
Travel booking platform ixigo has expanded its exclusive partnership with PhonePe to offer flight and bus bookings on the fintech platform's app. The two companies joined hands earlier to offer booking services for trains.
The expanded partnership will enable over 54 crore PhonePe users to experience more comprehensive travel booking and utility services for flights, trains and buses, according to ixigo, whose stock entered the listed space recently.
