PSU Stocks to Buy: Analysts recommend Maharatna, Navratna, Miniratna scrips; BEL, Bharat Dynamics on the list

Analysts at Sharekhan, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL), and Axis Securities have handpicked these stocks for short- to long-term investment horizons.

They expect up to a 33 per cent return from these PSU stocks based on Monday's closing prices.

Sharekhan has recommended buying Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) shares for a target of Rs 445. According to the brokerage target, the BEL stock could rise to 5.6 per cent in the future term.

MOFSL has given a 'buy' call on Container Corporation of India shares with a target of Rs 980. According to the given target, the CONCOR stock has an upside of 33.31 per cent.

Axis Securities has recommended buying two PSU stocks: NTPC and Bharat Dynamics.

Axis Securities' analysts have recommended buying NTPC shares for a target price of Rs 365. According to the brokerage, the NTPC stock has potential upside of 9.74 per cent.

Moreover, Axis Securities has given a short-term buy call on Bharat Dynamics shares with a 15-day target of Rs 2,055. The given target implies an upside of 6.03 per cent from Monday's closing.
