Motilal Oswal Top 5 Stocks: Buy four, sell one; Check target price

Brokerage firm Motilal Oswal has taken a bullish view on VIP Industries, issuing a Buy rating on the stock. The brokerage has set a target price of Rs 490, indicating an upside potential of up to 23 per cent for investors. Despite Motilal Oswal’s positive stance, the stock has declined nearly 16 per cent over the past year. However, the brokerage believes the counter offers attractive risk-reward at current levels and expects meaningful upside from here.

 

 

The next stock highlighted in Motilal Oswal’s report is DCB Bank. The brokerage remains bullish on the counter and has assigned a strong target price of Rs 210, implying an upside potential of nearly 20 per cent for investors. DCB Bank shares have already surged more than 60 per cent over the past year, and the brokerage believes the momentum could continue in the coming months.

 

Motilal Oswal has also issued a ‘Buy’ recommendation on DreamFolks Services. The brokerage has set a target price of Rs 140 for the stock. According to the report, the current market price is Rs 210. Despite the positive call, the stock has corrected sharply, declining nearly 70 per cent over the past year.

 

Motilal Oswal has issued a ‘Sell’ recommendation on Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles. The brokerage has assigned a target price of Rs 312, compared to the stock’s current market price of Rs 391, as per the report. Based on these estimates, the stock could see a potential downside of up to 20 per cent.
