IRFC Dividend 2024: The board of directors of IRFC has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24 to the shareholders.

IRFC Dividend 2024: "Board of Directors has recommended the final Dividend of Rs. 0.70 (Rpees 70 paise) per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," the company said in an exchange filing.

IRFC Dividend 2024: The railway PSU has fixed August 22, 2024, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for this corporate action. 

IRFC Dividend 2024: "Thursday, 22nd August 2024 has been fixed as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members entitle to receive final dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the AGM,” IRFC said in an exchange filing.

IRFC Dividend 2024: According to the company, the eligible shareholders will get the dividend, which is subject to approval, within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.

IRFC Dividend 2024: "To receive final dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the AGM," the company said.

IRFC Dividend 2024: Earlier, this PSU paid an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 and a final dividend of Rs 0.70 in 2023.

IRFC Share Price Today: The counter started the day in green and opened at Rs 180.70. However, it ended the session at Rs 178.80 - a fall of 0.20 per cent from the previous close of Rs 179.15 on the BSE.
