SBI Life Insurance Company continues to demonstrate steady execution across key operating metrics, maintaining mid-teen growth while delivering healthy VNB margins in the range of 26–28 per cent, in line with its stated guidance. According to ICICI Securities, this consistency comes despite multiple sectoral challenges, underscoring the strength of the company’s business model and distribution franchise. The brokerage has reiterated a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock at a CMP of Rs 1,767, with a target price of Rs 2,345, implying an upside potential of 32.6 per cent. However, it also noted that current valuations could moderate long-term compounding potential, even as operational performance remains robust.

Bharat Forge Ltd has received a positive view from Axis Direct, which has reiterated a ‘Buy’ recommendation on the stock. At a current market price (CMP) of Rs 1,863, the brokerage has set a target price of Rs 2,095, indicating a potential upside of around 12.9 per cent. Axis Direct remains constructive on the company’s outlook, citing its strong positioning across domestic and export markets, along with a diversified presence in automotive and industrial segments, which is expected to support growth going forward.      

Trent Ltd has received a positive outlook from Axis Direct following its latest result update. The brokerage has maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock with a target price of Rs 4,960, indicating an upside potential of around 15.4 per cent from the current market price of Rs 4,290. Axis Direct remains constructive on Trent’s growth prospects, supported by strong traction in its retail formats and consistent execution, which are expected to drive earnings momentum in the coming quarters.

     

Tech Mahindra Ltd reported a stable Q4FY26 performance, with 0.6 per cent QoQ constant currency revenue growth, ahead of estimates, and strong margin improvement. Prabhudas Lilladhar said growth was broad-based and strategic initiatives are aiding recovery. The brokerage has maintained a ‘Buy’ rating with a target price of Rs 1,660, implying 22.2 per cent upside.

HDFC Bank Ltd reported a steady performance despite geopolitical uncertainties, supported by diversified corporate demand and sustained traction in the retail segment. According to Geojit BNP Paribas, growth is being driven by emerging sectors such as electronics, food processing, auto ancillaries, renewables and semiconductors, along with opportunities in project financing and acquisitions. The brokerage has maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock at a CMP of Rs 785, with a target price of Rs 896, implying an upside of 14.2 per cent.      

PNB Housing Finance Ltd remains in focus after Morgan Stanley maintained its ‘Overweight’ rating on the stock and raised the target price to Rs 1,250 from Rs 1,160. At the current market price of Rs 1,007, the revised target implies 24 per cent upside, reflecting the brokerage’s positive outlook on the company’s growth trajectory and improving business fundamentals.
