- The company has live orders worth over Rs 200 crore with its partners.

- The company launched its third-generation ride-on rice transplanters KA6 and KA8 under the Kubota brand. These machines are engineered in Japan and offer better productivity, planting precision and operator comfort.

HCLTech

HCLTech has opened a new office in Calgary, Canada. The expansion follows an MoU with Invest Alberta to boost technology collaboration and innovation.

Azad Engineering

The company signed a Master Terms Agreement and Purchase Agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp.The agreement covers development and manufacturing of aircraft engine components.

HUL

- HUL’s ice-cream business demerger will be effective from 1 December.
- The record date for share issuance is fixed for 5 December.

GR Infra

- Western Railways has set 15 November 2025 as the appointed date for GR Infra’s 38.9 km gauge conversion project.
- The project includes bridges, station work and 30 RUBs in the Kosamba–Umarpada section.
- Contract value is Rs 262.28 crore.

Infosys

The share buyback will open on 20 November and close on 26 November.

- The company has given an unsecured loan of Rs 1,900 crore to its group entity Emmvee Energy Pvt. Ltd.
- The loan is in line with the company’s IPO objectives.
