Share Market News: Here's a list of stocks that are likely to be in focus during Tuesday's session, including Vedanta, Karnataka Bank, Muthoot Finance, and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL). 

Board meetings

Bannari Spinning Mills and Authum Investment & Infra's boards are slated to meet on Tuesday to consider raising funds. 

The board of Shakti Pumps will also meet to discuss several issues. 

Corporate Action

Karnataka Bank shares are slated to trade ex-dividend on Tuesday, while Nucleus Software shares are due to trade ex-buyback. 

Vedanta has declared a dividend of Rs 20 per share with a record date of September 10.
