Share Market News: At around 8:15 am, GIFT Nifty futures traded higher by 0.2 per cent at 25,034 indicating a positive opening for the markets. Domestic equity benchmarks eked out gains to the tune of around half a per cent on Monday following three straight sessions of losses, with the Sensex rising 375.6 points to end at 81,559.5 and the Nifty50 gaining 84.3 points to 24,936.4. While buying interest in financial services and FMCG shares aided the upmove in the main indices, selling pressure in spaces like IT and energy limited the upside.

Aarti Drugs 

Aarti Drugs' board has approved a proposal to buy back shares worth Rs 59.9 crore through the tender route. 

Dixon Tech

Dixon Tech subsidiary Padget Electronics has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with HP India to manufacture notebooks, desktops and all-in-one PCs.

Easy Trip Planners' board is scheduled to meet on September 13 to consider certain acquisition proposals. 

GMR Airports Infrastructure

GMR Airports Infra has signed a pact with Fraport to acquire an additional 10 per cent stake in the Delhi International Airport for Rs 1,058 crore.

Awfis Space

The recently listed Awfis Space is set to offload its facility business management division, Awfis Care, for Rs 27.5 crore.

HAL
