National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) shares are set to trade ex-dividend on Tuesday, September 17. Earlier, the PSU miner declared a final dividend of Re 1.5 per share for eligible shareholders.
The final dividend is for the financial year ended March 31.
Domestic benchmark indices finished mildly higher on Monday amid gains in financial stocks though losses in FMCG counters limited the upside. Both headline gauges rose 0.1 per cent for the day with the Sensex gaining 97.8 points to end at 82,988.8 and the Nifty50 adding 27.3 points to settle at 25,383.8.

NMDC shares ended lower by Re 1.6, or 0.7 per cent, at Rs 219.1 apiece on BSE.
The stock has risen 1.0 per cent in the past one month and 3.9 per cent so far in 2024.
