Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks surged more than two per cent on Friday amid a broad-based rally powered by strong buying interest in IT, financial, energy, FMCG and auto shares. The Sensex zoomed 1,961.3 points to end at 79,117.1 while the Nifty50 added 557.4 points to settle at 23,907.3.

With the earnings season now behind, the market is set to take cues from FII activity and global cues.

Investors now keenly await a quarterly official GDP reading due on Friday for cues.

Adani group stocks to remain in focus

Adani Group CFO Jugeshinder Robbie Singh took to microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) over the weekend to stated that none of the conglomerate's 11 public companies is subject to indictment.

The group CFO also said that none of its issuers is accused of any wrongdoing in the said legal filing.

"There is a lot of news and reports that will try to pick unrelated items and create a headline. My humble request is that we will respond in (the) fullness of time once we review in detail the matter as presented in the legal filing," Singh tweeted.

"We will make a more detailed comment once we get counsel approvals to discuss what we can in public on matter that is sub-judice," he said.

Alembic Pharma

The US drug regulator has issued a form 483 with five observations about the pharma firm's Jarod facility.

The FDA inspected the plant from November 14 to 22.

Eicher Motors

Eicher Motors subsidiary Royal Enfield has launched the Goan Classic 350 with a starting price of Rs 2.35 lakh.
