Nectar Lifesciences Share Buyback: Nectar Lifesciences shares surged on November 28 after the company announced a board meeting to consider a share buyback. The stock gained sharply in early trade and hit the upper circuit at Rs 16.99 apiece.

The stock later trimmed some gains but remained strong. It was trading 15.3 per cent higher at Rs 16.33 per share at 11:18 am. The pharma stock performance has been volatile. Nectar Lifesciences has gained nearly 12 per cent in the past five days and more than 10 per cent over the last month. But the stock is still down over 58 per cent in 2025 and has fallen around 38 per cent in six months. In past one year, the stock is down 51 per cent.

The company hit a 52-week high of Rs 44.41 in December last year. It later dropped almost 71 per cent to a 52-week low of Rs 13.05 in August. The stock has recovered around 30 per cent from that low but remains nearly 60 per cent below its 52-week high.
